Return Period
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

All packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items returned in a used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Opened in-ear headphones or earbuds (for hygiene reasons)

Clearance or final sale items

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you of the status via email

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
