At Luibell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned in a used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Opened in-ear headphones or earbuds (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the status via email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
